  • Our gold filled jewelry has an outer layer of 14k or 18k gold that is pressure bonded to a base metal of jewelers brass.
  • Our gold plated jewelry base metal is stainless steel

  • •Try to avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, heavy body sweat, and other harsh chemicals.
    •Put jewelry on after applying perfume or lotion.
    •To PROLONG the shine and gold of your jewelry; Remove jewelry prior to exercise, swimming, and sleeping.

-GOLD PLATED STAINLESS STEEL

  • •Avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions, try to put jewelry on after applying.
    •To prolong the shine and gold, rinse jewelry at the end of the day with mild soap and warm water to prevent build up of oils, sweat, salt, water, etc.
  • Gold filled jewelry is water resistant and can make contact with water. However with gold filled jewelry we recommend avoiding shower gels, thick soaps/shampoos, or oils. These can tarnish the jewelers brass metal.

  • Gold Plated jewelry is completely ok to shower in, just try to avoid a lot of oils.

Yes! You have a 60 day warranty on your jewelry from the day it is delivered to you. Within that time if your jewelry breaks we offer free repairs. Just send us a message to contact@mhausjewelry.com with your order#.

Orders & Shipping

Domestic Orders:

  • Normal standard shipping can take (not guaranteed) 2-5 business days.
  • Priority shipping can take (not guaranteed) 1-3 business days.

International Orders:

  • Shipping time frames for this orders are calculated at checkout.

Yes, you can edit or cancel your order. Just please contact us within the hour of placing the order.

If there is a possibility that your package is lost or says delivered when it isn't, please contact us contact@mhausjewelry.com

*Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with your local post office*

Returns & Exchanges

Yes we accept both! Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange.

  • Please contact and ship returns within 14 days of initial delivery. (if return is shipped after 14 day time frame, refund with be store credit)
    *Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, we are working hard to be able to offer free returns, we apologize!*

  • Please ensure that the Item(s) that are being returned, are in original condition with no signs of wear or distress.

  • Please return item/s in original packaging. (Microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, jewelry box, etc.)

  • When items are returned and are approved for a return. We will issue a full refund for only the item(s) being returned.

*ANY items that are not included in return, that were in original order, will be deducted from refund*
