Joining is free! Simply create an account by tapping "Join Now" at the top pf the page and you'll automatically start earning points. If you already have an account, you're already enrolled just sign in to view your points and available rewards.

There are lots of ways to earn points! You'll earn points for placing orders, creating an account, celebrating your birthday, following us on social media, subscribing to our emails, and leaving photo or video reviews. You can view all available ways to earn points anytime from the Rewards page or your account dashboard.

Log in to your account and open the Rewards page or Rewards widget on the left side of the website. If you have enough points, simply redeem the reward you'd like. Your reward will then be available to apply during checkout.

No! Your points never expire, so you can save them up and redeem them whenever you're ready.

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your rewards balance. If you redeemed a rewards discount on the returned order, those redeemed points will be reimbursed.

You can use your rewards during the sales, however only one discount or reward may be applied per order. Rewards cannot be used on last chance, set bundles, unless otherwise stated.

Once you've earned enough points, sign in to your rewards account and redeem your points for the free item you'd like. You'll receive a reward that can be applied at checkout.

Our free reward items rotate every 45 days, so be sure to check back often to see what's new!
