Shipping FAQ's

Please verify that your shipping address is valid and complete.
We will ship out your order according to the information you provide for us. If a package is returned to sender for incomplete address info, customers will be asked to purchase a new shipping label.

(Previous shipping label can not be refunded)

What is shipping insurance?

In the cart or at checkout you have the option to opt in or out of our shipping protection service. There is a small fee added when selecting this shipping insurance.

  • Our shipping protection covers your items if they are damaged, lost in transit, or theft. A replacement will be sent for your order. A request for a refund instead will be made on a case by case basis determined by merchant.

Please note that, customers who opt out of this insurance will not be eligible for refund or replacement if the order is lost in transit, damaged, or stolen.

  • In order to claim the insurance on the package, claims need to be made no less than 30 days from the shipment date. This can be done by contacting us through our chat or e-mail.

Claims will be investigated by mailing service. Submitting false, fictitious or fraudulent statement / claims can result in fines and or a civil penalty (31 USC 3802).

What If my package is lost or says its delievered when it's not?

In the case of a lost package, we are here to help as much as we can. Just contact us through our chat box in the bottom right corner.

  • Once packages are in the shipping carriers possession we do not have any control or responsible for their transit.
  • If your package is lost in transit or not delivered correctly, you will need to file a claim with your local post office or shipping carriers office.
  • Added shipping insurance in cart or checkout covers packages that are lost in transit, damaged, or stolen.

How does free shipping work?
  • U.S Orders $65+ USD are eligible for free standard shipping
  • International Orders $120+ USD are eligible for free standard international shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship out?

Some of our pieces are made to order so, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are mailed and shipped out through USPS. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65. 

  • Normal standard shipping can take 2-5 business days.
  • Priority shipping can take 1-3 business days.

    (days do not include processing time)

International Shipping:

International orders will be shipped out through USPS International which will be calculated at checkout. We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $120+. 

Will there be any fees?

  • There may be duties and taxes on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and can vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. 
  • If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address, we ask that the customer pay return shipping for the correct address.
Can I put a rush on my order?

Yes, no problem. Just contact us through our chat in the right bottom corner for our rush shipping rates and time frames.
