Sometimes things just dont workout...

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery date. All returned jewelry must be undamaged and arrive in the condition it was received along with original packaging (Microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, jewelry box, etc). Please understand that items not included in original order will have a fee deducted from refund.


RETURNS:
-You can return your items for a refund back to your original payment.


All returns are subject to a return shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.  
Please note order protection fees, Original shipping fees, and or duties / taxes are non-refundable.

All "Last chance" items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.


EXCHANGES:
-You can exchange for a different size or item.
*We offer free return shipping on exchanges and will provide a free return shipping label.*


It can take up to 2-3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 2–5 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your original payment method.

Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for exchanges due to customs.

We offer free exchanges on domestic orders (placed within the United States). A free shipping label will be provided for exchanges.

How do I request a return or exchange?

  • With a return request:
    You can return your items for a refund back to your original payment.
    We will provide a return shipping label. However buyers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, (which will be deducted from refund).
    We are working hard to be able to offer free returns, we apologize!
    With an exchange request:
    You can exchange for a different size or item.
    We offer free return shipping on exchanges and will provide a free return shipping label.
    With a repair request:
    Every pieces comes with a 60 day warranty, effective the day of delivery. Read everything our jewelry repair warranty covers here.
    Return shipping and repairs are free of charge.
My request was approved, what do I do now?
  • Please ensure that the Item(s) that are being returned, are in original condition with no signs of wear or distress.
  • Please return item/s in original packaging. (Microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, jewelry box, etc.)
  • When items are returned we will issue a full refund for only the item(s) being returned.

Original shipping fees, order protection fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable
