Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery date. All returned jewelry must be undamaged and arrive in the condition it was received along with original packaging (Microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, jewelry box, etc). Please understand that items not included in original order will have a fee deducted from refund.
RETURNS:
You can return your items for a refund back to your original payment within 14 days of delivery.
- For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return shipping label so you don't have to worry about return shipping logistics.
- If you choose to use our prepaid label, the cost of the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Alternatively, you may choose to purchase your own shipping label and return your item using a carrier of your choice. Returns shipped using your own label are the customers respponsibility, and we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Please Note:
- Order protection insurance fees, original shipping to receive your order, & or duties / taxes are non-refundable.
- All "Last chance" , Valentines Day Sweetheart Mystery Box, & "Advent Box" items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.
If items are sent back for a return after the 14 day return window, refund will be issued to store credit ONLY.
It can take up to 2-3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 2–5 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your original payment method.
EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges for a different size or item within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Free return shipping label is provided for exchanges within the united states. we will email or upload to return portal your label at no cost.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges due to custom restrictions and fees.
Once an exchange has been initiated and exchange return label has been used, the request cannot be changed to a return.
If you choose to change an approved exchange to a return after a label has been issued and used, the return shipping label fee will be deducted from refund, and the request will be processed as a standard return.
Unfortunately if returned items are damaged due to wear or in unsuitable condition we cannot issue a refund.

EXCHANGES:
We offer free exchanges on U.S. domestic orders (placed within the United States). A free shipping label will be provided for exchanges.

You can return your items for a refund back to your original payment.
We will provide a return shipping label. However buyers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, (which will be deducted from refund).

With an exchange request:
You can exchange for a different size or item.
We offer free return shipping on exchanges and will provide a free return shipping label.
With a repair request:
Every pieces comes with a 60 day warranty, effective the day of delivery. Read everything our jewelry repair warranty covers here.
Return shipping and repairs are free of charge.
My request was approved, what do I do now?
- Please ensure that the Item(s) that are being returned, are in original condition with no signs of wear or distress.
- Please return item/s in original packaging. (Microfiber pouch, jewelry travel box, jewelry box, etc.)
- When items are returned we will issue a full refund for only the item(s) being returned.
Original shipping fees, order protection fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable
